Apple has plans of releasing yet another installment of their extremely popular iPhone phone in fall 2011. Naturally, this generation of the iPhone operating system will come with improved functions compared to its previous models, including a quicker processing speed, a higher memory capacity and a better camera resolution. Either way, Apple already has a proven positive track record when it comes to impressing customers with their products annyway, so the iPhone 5 can be expected to bring creative and fresh features to the smartphone world.
One of the biggest features that the iPhone 5 hopes to bring its customers, though, is a new and improved voice control system. Although there really hasn’t been any confirmation regarding the appearance of this feature in the iPhone 5, bloggers all over the World are saying that this function is probably all what Apple would need to take Google Android’s entire market share by force.
Fortunately, all of the evidence so farseems to show that Apple is currently working on this new voice control system, so that the iPhone 5 can stand out more from its previous versions. Although the iPhone 4 already has voice commands that can carry out simple tasks, like turning on the music player or calling certain contacts on the phone, the iPhone 5 can improve these functions even more.
Earlier in 2010, Apple bought the complicated voice operating system, Siri, which talks to users like a regular human. A year after that, Apple became partners with yet another software of voice recognition, Nuance.
Android also uses Nuance to directly convert voice into emails and text messages in an accurate manner. However, if Apple successfully effectively and successfully combines both of these technologies for the new iPhone 5, they will be able to introduce a mobile phone that users can use with their voice alone. Naturally, it would still be necessary to have a keyboard on the phone, but having a voice control system could test how well voice recognition could work in the near or distant future.
Of course, there are still several skeptics out there who need to point out that Android has been using voice control systems for years. However, nobody can deny the power that Apple has in recreating the entire feature of voice control and making it more prominent in the world of smartphones. In fact, just by using two famous names in the industry of voice analysis alone, Apple is already showing the world how seriously they are taking voice operations in their phones.
Without a doubt, iPhone 5 will have a lot of impressive features to offer, but the voice control system will be its main even and the biggest upgrade to the iPhone operating system overall.

It’s funny, the iPhone 5 seems to be making up in areas where other smartphone’s excel – like voice commands (Android), NFC and so on… Android phones have achieved this already, via innovation, and now Apple’s playing the catchup game!
The new question will be what will the 8GB iPhone 4 have to offer? I think this “cheaper iPhone” should be a version of the iPhone 5 and not 4 as this will not bring anything new to the table
I’m sceptical about the new iPhone 5. I don’t think it will have great new features. It will be a better iPhone 4 with a new look.
Actually, there is no iPhone 5, but 4s which has been released after the death of the man behind these gadgets, Steve Jobs. It offers the famous “Siri”.
The voice command feature of the iPhone is the most comprehensive and complete ever used in a mobile phone. It’s great how Apple has yet again taken an existing technology and improved it for use in its new gadget. Their ideas make me look forward to the next great product that comes out of their production lines.
Well he iphone 5 is predicted to be launched in autumn and it is rumoured that i will be earth proof which will be an edge to apple
